Internet user admits 'web-rage'

An internet user has been found guilty of what police said was Britain's first 'web-rage' attack.

Paul Gibbons, 47, tracked down John Jones using details obtained online after the pair exchanged insults in an internet chatroom, a court heard.

He travelled 70 miles to Mr Jones' home in Clacton, Essex, and beat him up with a pickaxe handle in December 2005.

Gibbons, of Southwark, south London, admitted unlawful wounding and will be sentenced on 7 November.

Angelika - Search police find body in church

Police investigating the disappearance of a Polish student in Glasgow have found a body concealed within the church where she was last seen.

Police said they had not yet identified the body and a post mortem examination was expected to take place on Saturday to establish the cause of death.

Angelika Kluk

Angelika Kluk, a 23-year-old student, had been living at St Patrick's Church in the Anderston area of the city.

She was reported missing on Monday after she failed to turn up for work.

Police have revealed that the man last seen with a missing Polish woman in Glasgow was a registered sex offender.

A man previously thought to be Patrick McLaughlin has now been identified as 60-year-old Peter Tobin.

Peter Tobin

Police had released a picture of Mr Tobin, who was believed to be living rough in Glasgow. He met Angelika at some time on Sunday afternoon.

Mr Tobin had been doing odd jobs in the city's St Patrick's Church for the past six weeks and he told everyone there that his name was Pat McLaughlin.

Anyone who sees Mr Peter Tobin has been advised not to approach him but to notify Anderston Police Office on 0141 532 3262 or their nearest police office.

Police Identify School Gunman

Police identified the gunman who took six girls hostage - killing one before turning the gun on himself - in a classroom Thursday as 54-year-old Duane R. Morrison.

Police also said armed law enforcement eventually moved in on Morrison because he was sexually 'traumatizing' the victims during negotiations with police. FOX News has learned that the girls were not raped but inappropriate touching occurred.

'We have confirmed he did traumatize and assault our children ... this is why I made the decision I did. We had to go try to save them,' said Park County Sheriff Fred Wegener said during a press conference.

Platte Canyon High School, where the shooting took place, remained closed Thursday as students and police gave details of the ordeal.

Morrison apparently dressed himself like a student and walked around the school before taking any hostages.

'We knew there as kind of something wrong with the guy when we had seen him ... it's a small community where we know everybody,' student Joshua Bellomy told FOX News. 'He was trying to blend in with us but some of the students there tried to talk to him and knew that he was older and didn't know what was going on with him.'

Morrison began the takeover by ordering students to line up at the chalk board as he tapped each with his gun and told them to stay or go, said 16-year-old student Cassidy Grigg. He said the man walked in, fired a warning shot at the floor and ordered the students to line up. He told some to leave and others - all girls - to stay.

'You could tell that he wanted the females,' Cassidy said on NBC's 'Today'.

16-year-old student at the school, Cassidy Grigg, initially said in interviews with network morning shows that he was in the classroom and offered to stay with the girls -- but the gunman threatened to kill him.

His father, Tom Grigg, gave a similar account of what his son had told him. But later Thursday, the teen's mother said he made the entire story up.

Larina Grigg said her son told her he fabricated the story because he wanted it to be true.

"He said, 'Mom, all those kids were my friends and I just wanted so much to help them. ... I guess I just made it up in my mind. I just wanted it to be true so bad.'

Sex with corpse grave robbers busted

Take a good look at these three degenerates. They were caught in the act of digging up the grave of a young woman who had been killed in a motorcycle accident on Aug 27th 2006 so that they could have sex with her body.

Necrophiliac grave robbers

Nicholas Grunke allegedly plotted with his twin brother Alex and a friend, 20-year-old Dustin Radke, to rob Tennessen's grave so that he could have sex with her corpse.

The three were caught after reports of suspicious activity at the cemetary. When police arrived, they found 20 year-old Alexander Grunke waiting in his van while his twin and their friend dug up the corpse of 20 year-old Laura Tenneson who had died a week earlier.

Laura Tenneson

Officer Brent McDonald who went to investigate said he was suspicious of a range of items in the back of the van: "... paper towel type thing, hand sanitizer," said McDonald, "and there was a box of condoms on the floor."

Initially they were charged with sexual assualt however the law in Wisconsin does not support such a charge. The three still remain in custody on charges of theft and criminal damage.

It's a sick, sick world ...

Teenage sex-killer's sentence cut

A teenager who strangled a 15-year-old schoolgirl has had his jail term cut by the appeal court.

Kenneth Fraser, from Fife, was originally sentenced to serve at least 20 years for the murder of his former girlfriend Jenni Gordon.

But three judges at the Court of Appeal in Edinburgh have now ruled that he should spend 15 years in jail before being considered for parole.

They said this was due to the fact that he was only 16 at the time.

Scotland's senior judge, the Lord Justice General, Lord Hamilton, sitting with Lord Carloway, ordered that Fraser, now 18, should serve a punishment period of 15 years - after which he will be eligible to seek release on parole.

Fraser, a former youth footballer with Dunfermline, strangled the Inverkeithing High School pupil in November 2004 in the former mining village of High Valleyfield, in Fife, where they both lived.

He then removed her clothing and had sex with her before abandoning her half-naked body on the frozen ground, where she was discovered by a passer-by the next day.

Exactly why this freak should be eligible for parole after 15 years (i.e. he is 31) and not 20 years (i.e. he is 36) is beyond me.
